The Mission
Ludia’s latest location-based AR game ‘Jurassic World Alive’, co-published with Universal’s Games team, launched worldwide at the end of May to coincide with the ‘Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom’ movie release.
Ludia worked with Unique Influence to develop and execute a large-scale, cross-channel UA program and leveraged Bidalgo’s Google App Campaigns technology to increase short-term yield by 43% per player and scale by 50% for this exciting new release.
Acquiring new and profitable global users was at the forefront of Ludia’s agenda for Jurassic World Alive. Success on Google App Campaigns was measured by Unique Influence and Bidalgo’s ability to drive new players to the game with short-term yield and retention goals in mind.

The Strategy
Using Bidalgo’s platform, Unique Influence could seamlessly introduce new creatives to Google and accurately analyze its performance in detail. With Bidalgo in place, Unique Influence could take stronger control over campaign performance including revenue reporting by cohort and reporting by creative at the placement level.
Unique Influence used both Adjust and Bidalgo to accurately analyze cross-channel campaign performance results across channels, attributing installs and revenue.

The Results
Google App Campaigns’ performance improved after using the Bidalgo platform, attaining:
- 43% higher yield
- 51% lower cost per purchasing user
- 50% higher scale
By using Bidalgo for Google App Campaigns management, both yield and engagement goals were met while simultaneously expanding volume across Google.
