We are looking for an experienced bookkeeper to join our Finance department for a full-time job at our head office in Ramat-Gan to maintain our financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts and payments.
· Record and reconcile AP invoices.
· Prepare payments to vendors.
· Bank, Petty cash and Credit Card reconciliations.
· Travel reports and personal expenses' reimbursement.
· Support with monthly VAT filings.
· Perform monthly, quarterly and annual closing procedures.
· Responsibility to collection with customers.
· Record prepaid expenses and accruals.
· Ad-hoc tasks as required.
· Certified Bookkeeper, type 3 – Must.
· 2-3 years of bookkeeping experience – Must.
· Strong verbal and writing skills in English – Must.
· Strong Excel skills – Must.
· Experience in High-tech Companies – Advantage.
· Experience working with ERP system Priority.
· Experience with multi-currency ERP system.
· Strong organizational skills, speed, accuracy, excellent customer service
and written communication skills.
