We are looking for an experienced Media Professional Services Director.

Responsibilities:

·        Lead and oversee our media team in strategy, planning, tactical execution, implementation, optimization and performance

analysis.

·         Lead the deployment, onboarding and monitoring processes and best practices of media for Bidalgo’s clients.

·         Collaborate with and enable our global customer success teams in APAC and US.

·         Consult SaaS clients

·         Train, motivate, grow and evaluate team-members.

·         Develop processes and workflows

·         Lead analysis of relevant channels and tracking partners.

·         Direct the development of client presentations from a media perspective.



Requirements

·        Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Industrial engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field.

·        Management and leadership experience, preferably in SaaS / software professional services companies.

·        Strong operational management skills as well as project management, consulting, technology and process improvement skills.

·        Strong communication and presentation skills

·        Strong attention to details.
