- Use various tools and methodologies to analyze problems and develop solutions.
- Work as part of the development organization to provide incident resolution for code, configuration, or other service deficiencies.
- Understand large and complex system and be able to implement code fixes and features that promote product stability and support ability.
- At least 3 years’ experience as software engineer.
- Significant experience with web development.
- Experience with relational databases.
- Experience with Big Data technologies – advantage.
- Superior problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- BS or MS in Computer Science or a related field.
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
