Head of International Sales

Bidalgo is a global dynamic company, and we are the Campaign Masters of the Mobile App Social Marketing world.

Bidalgo is growing its business development & sales team in the international markets. We are seeking for a Head of International Sales leader who will be responsible for generating new revenue in the international markets, increasing our presence and entering new markets/verticals, cultivating strong relationships & strategic partnerships.

The Head of International Sales is expected to drive the expansion of our business and position Bidalgo as the market leader and best solution for result driven marketers globally.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Be a significant member of the Global Business Unit Leadership Team
  • Overall responsibility for sales and BD for the international markets
  • Identify, plan, lead, and execute all sales strategies to meet our expansion goals and annual targets.
  • Expand market presence in Israel to relevant target audience
  • Penetrate new markets in Europe
  • Generate and manage a transparent & effective sales pipeline, providing clear visibility and accurate forecasts as to expected sales driven revenues in the international market.
  • Lead various internal and external functions against your plan and collaborate cross functionally to hit the plan’s goals.
  • Partner with marketing & client development team to meet company goals.
  • Represent Bidalgo with clients’ partners, in industry events, with 3rd parties etc.
  • Participate in product strategy definition.
  • Implement sales methodologies and best practices across Bidalgo
  • Position is located in Israel and requires travelling abroad

Candidate Requirements

  • At least 5 years of proven experience in Sales & BD in the online marketing industry (B2B)
  • Proven track record of executing against aggressive growth strategies and delivering sales targets
  • Experience in working with international markets
  • Experience in selling SaaS – A MUST
  • Proven experience in working with Marketing teams to achieve Business Development Goals
  • Experience in building Sales infrastructure and a winning team within an organization
  • Proven track record of initiating and leading significant BD initiatives in new industries and markets
  • Proven ability to plan and lead a strategic business plan
  • Results and details orientated with a very hands-on approach. Creative and strategic thinking skills – the position requires the ability to identify and lead innovative approaches & business models, that will open opportunities for unique partnerships
