Chompi CCnetworkings Ltd. d/b/a Bidalgo and its affiliates (“Bidalgo”, “we” or “us”) respect your privacy and are committed to protect the personal information that users share with us in connection with the use of our website at the domain www.bidalgo.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”) is intended to describe our practices regarding the information we may collect from you (the “User” or “you”) when you use the Site, the manners in which we may use such information, and the options and rights available to you.

Note that if you choose to use the Platform, such use is also subject to the Bidalgo Platform Software as a Service Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) which governs such use, including the privacy policy section included therein. It is your responsibility to carefully read the Agreement and the privacy policy before accepting and registering the Service

2. Which information we may collect on our Users?

We may collect two types of data and information from our Users:

  • The first type of information is un-identified and non-identifiable information pertaining to a User(s), which may be made available or gathered via the User’s use of the Site (“Non-personal Information”). We are not aware of the identity of the User from which the Non-personal Information was collected. Non-personal Information which is being collected consists of technical information and/or aggregated information, and may contain, among other things, the activity and ‘ click-stream’ of the User on the Site, system, browser and keyboard language, type of network connection, etc.

We do not collect any Personal Information from you or related to you without your approval, which is obtained, inter alia, through your active acceptance to the Terms and the Privacy Policy.
